Over the past 10 years the popular trend of espresso has been to push the roast profile lighter and lighter. While we too really love unique and light roasted espressos, we wanted our Flagship espresso to steer a little portside. We wanted a coffee that bridges the gap between old and new; a coffee that is familiar enough to most but presses intentional boundaries.

We roast and pack fresh daily! Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Once your package leaves our Pawtucket, RI roastery, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.

Yes — we offer a wide selection of USDA Organic and Fair Trade Certified coffees. All of our coffees are certified Kosher by Star-K.
Unopened bags stay fresh for about six months in a cool, dark place. Once opened, use within a week for the best flavor. We recommend storing beans in an airtight container rather than the fridge.
Yes. Whole beans hold their flavor longer because grinding increases exposure to oxygen. For maximum freshness, grind just before brewing.
