This coffee has evolved season to season, but its purpose has always remained the same; to offer coffee drinkers something approachable and sustainable that exceeds expectations. Our approach to roasting this blend of washed coffees balances the sweetness of Guatemala, the acidity of Colombia, and body of Sumatra.

At home, we like to brew this coffee with a V60 brewer using a 1:16.5 ratio. 20 grams of coffee with 330 ml of 205° water ground at a medium coarseness (Baratza Encore grind setting 21). This brew recipe helps to highlight the coffee’s sweetness without sacrificing its citrus acidity.
