As this coffee starts to cool some of the more delicate and bright compounds begin to fade away, leaving behind a beautiful savory cup with enhanced berry sweetness. Our team picked up on notes of grapefruit, navel oranges, chocolate, and red berries.

How we enjoy this coffee: This coffee does have the tendency to brew a little slower, so I’d keep that in mind when considering how much agitation you want to achieve with your recipe. We keep the same grind size but do one less pour. This helps raise the level on the bed trapping a little more of the fine particles allowing for an easier draw down and cleaner cup.
