Introducing Kiambu AA; a coffee that’s sweet, savory, and extremely drinkable. If you’re the type of person that slowly savors and enjoys each sip, add this coffee to your cart! Each sip offers something interesting and new. The volatile aromatics are extremely sweet and floral, giving off hints of chocolate and citrus fruit.

How we enjoy this coffee: This coffee does have the tendency to brew a little slower, so I’d keep that in mind when considering how much agitation you want to achieve with your recipe. We keep the same grind size but do one less pour. This helps raise the level on the bed trapping a little more of the fine particles allowing for an easier draw down and cleaner cup.

Method: V60
Dose: 20g
Grind: Medium fine (26 clicks on a Comandante grinder)
Brew ratio: 1:16.5
Pours: 70g bloom for 30 secs; finishing 330g pour at about the 2:15min mark
Total Brew time: 3:00 mins
